Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital as a Customer Service Coordinator department. Here, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the Professional Office Building (POB). This position is a 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage the meeting list for POB guests
- Oversee elevator management for POB5
- Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain an up-to-date list of providers in the POB
- Notify appropriate staff in POB5 upon guest arrival
- Provide support to the Main Information Desk as needed
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming waiting area
- Answer incoming calls, check voicemails, and return calls promptly
- Send reminders for classes and community events
- Handle routing of invoices
- Work with vendors, printers, food services, and transportation to support community programming
- Schedule meetings and reserve rooms as required
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
