ERP Order-to-Cash Techno-Functional Leader

This is a hybrid role (4 days/week onsite) at our headquarters in Fremont, California. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Techno-Functional Leader to manage the transition of Nextpower’s global order-to-cash process to a new ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP). This is a strategic role partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to implement and optimize systems that drive operational growth and efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of order-to-cash processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment. Extensive ERP experience—specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP—is essential. As we embark on a large-scale ERP transformation program, this individual will lead the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement for the Order-to-Cash process.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, extend and support ERP O2C modules; build and troubleshoot customizations, reports, extensions and interfaces. Support reporting and analytics requirements.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 to $195,000.
