This is an in-office position at our Spanish Fork, UT main office with a M-F work schedule.

 

Things You’ll Do  

• Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers. 

• Bid and manage diverse projects, including DOT, commercial excavation, and utility installation. 

• Oversee project setup, planning, and resource management to ensure success. 

• Collaborate with site supervisors to align budgets, proposals, and project needs. 

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly for effective resource allocation. 

• Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices. 

• Conduct daily cost reviews and maintain organized project documentation. 

• Analyze specifications, drawings, and alternative construction methods to optimize bids and execution. 

 

Requirements  

• Four-year Construction Management, engineering, or business degree, OR equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience 

• Experience with the following software is beneficial: HCSS, Viewpoint, P-6, Planswift, Trimble Business Center, or Agtek 

• Experience in project management, bidding, scheduling, take off, and accounting 

• Commitment and attention to safety
