Role Profile:

We are seeking an individual to join the Office 365 squads to support the program and team in delivering Copilot in the coming months. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation with a focus on M365 Purview Information Protection and Compliance tools, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a global team

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Purview Information Protection features such as Sensitivity Labels, DLP, encryption, audit logging, and compliance policies.

  • Integrate Purview capabilities with core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office apps.

  • Assist in enabling and managing Copilot features in M365 and help introduce Information protection using Purview.

  • Stay up to date with evolving M365 Purview capabilities and help translate new features into practical information protection strategies.

  • Use PowerShell for automation, troubleshooting, and reporting within the M365 environment.

  • Collaborate with teams to solve problems, communicate clearly, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience delivering Office 365 and Purview solutions.

  • Experience in delivering Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Compliance solutions within Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Compliance using M365 Purview.

  • Solid foundation in Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI tools, with an understanding of data protection and governance in AI-enabled environments.

  • Understanding of AI governance frameworks, risk monitoring, and compliance best practices.

  • Keen interest in learning and growing within the Information Protection and Compliance domain.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or in team settings
