We are seeking an Associate to join the Mutual Funds team


In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

This is an Associate Professional position at the P2 job level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

The Mutual Funds Reconciliations Associate will be responsible for a full range of activities, which ensures the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. The individual will be responsible for a full range of activities, which ensure the operational effectiveness, and excellence of the Recon team. The employee will have responsibility for


Daily Cash and Share reconciliations
Create management reports in identifying break trends
Mitigating risk to the firm by ensuring that SLAs are met daily
Escalating issues and concerns to management as they occur
Assisting management with projects when required
Reconcile a high volume of differences timely and accurately
Problem solve and incorporate new processes to mitigate risk 3+ years of experience doing reconciliation preferably in financial services.
Ability to multitask and work against deadlines
Advanced excel skills desired
Experience using Microsoft Access
Detail oriented
Bachelors degree in Finance, Math or related field
Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week

Salary range for the position: $51,000.00 - $83,000.00/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
