Role Profile:
Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Service Management (ISM) Project Manager for a key position supporting both staffed and unstaffed locations across North America. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of Technology hardware deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, from initial Business Unit Engagement through to technical implementation. This role requires effective collaboration with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, the Project Manager must demonstrate adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of large-scale programs.
What you'll do in the role:
Develop trusted relationships with the business unit leads and delivery teams in the region
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle
Task-manage and coordinate a cross functional team, ensuring resources are managed efficiently to meet project objectives
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
Monitoring and report progress through project milestones and resolving any roadblocks
that arise including sharing all relevant Program updates with management and involved teams
Liaise with counterparts to ensure consistency and success across all programs
Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
What you'll bring to the role:
Skilled in building and managing strong and effective multi discipline teams
Able to influence and establish strong stakeholder relationships across North America's regions and functions
Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of leading technology projects/programs and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives
This role requires an individual with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to clearly articulate objectives, requirements and risks & issues
Must be able to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts
Innovative thinker and problem solver
The ideal candidate may have around 10+ years' experience
Prior experience working in financial services or consulting firm required
