What You'll Do
> Support Branch Teams: Handle inbound calls related to account onboarding, documentation, and maintenance.
> Ensure Accuracy: Review and process account documentation, providing timely updates and corrections.
> Maintain Compliance: Adhere to firm policies and regulatory requirements, including the USA Patriot Act.
> Client Identification Support (Level II): Provide support for documentation requirement
> Deliver Exceptional Service: Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally, building trust with internal clients.
> Collaborate & Learn: Partner with colleagues and stay informed on evolving policies and systems.

> Strong verbal and written communication skills.
> Ability to work effectively in a 100% phone-based environment.
> Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
> Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
> High level of professionalism, adaptability, and accountability.
Preferred:
> College degree or equivalent experience.
> Customer service experience in financial services.
> General knowledge of financial markets and AML/KYC regulations.
