We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Lending Ops to be responsible for the origination and oversight of the Firm’s securities based lending products.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the Change, Analytics & Strategy, which is responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing, and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation, developing analytics solutions and delivering business outcomes.

What you’ll do in the role:
· Oversee daily and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of pipeline, production, and SLA metrics.
· Develop and implement closing strategies, process improvements, and best practices.
· Monitor pipeline movement, closing dates, and production targets; escalate risks and drive resolution.
· Review and approve audits, closing packages, and compliance documentation.
· Analyze closing issues, complaints, and cure approvals; identify trends and implement corrective actions.
· Maintain and update closing procedures, change logs, and submission forms; ensure regulatory alignment.
· Manage communications with leadership, regional teams, and stakeholders, including summary calls and outage notifications.
Oversee SharePoint sites, contact lists, and escalation resources for closing operations.
· Lead firm audits (SOX/RCSA) and ensure audit readiness.
· Drive projects and initiatives to support business goals (e.g., ACH Promo, scorecards, capacity planning).
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Proven leadership experience in mortgage closing or loan operations.
What you’ll bring to the role:
· Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
· Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities
· Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Experience with process improvement and regulatory compliance.
