We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director, to lead the strategy and governance of our marquee Tier 1 Wealth Management events while serving as the operational heartbeat of the Westchester Conference Center-turning business priorities into high visibility, world class experiences through cross functional leadership and best in class vendor partnerships.

What you'll do in the role:
Program leadership for WM Tier 1 Events:
- Serve as the governance lead for Tier 1 events, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
- Maintain accountability for program-level planning and compliance while execution remains with Senior Event Planner in partnership with our vendor partners.
Local Operational Oversight
- Oversee on-premises operations for Westchester, ensuring smooth execution of event-related logistics including large scale client, guest, and employee events
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners for operational readiness.
Site Oversight
- Manage daily on-prem vendor relationships across functions within Westchester.
- Ensure service quality, adherence to brand standards, and timely delivery of services.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Knowledge of event technology services enhance the event experience.
- Extensive complex budget management for events over $500k in spend.
- Experience in vendor relations.
- Process and program rigor for a complex event portfolio and onsite operations.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $130,000 and $183,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
