  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data, and integration standards.
  • Partner with platform owners and engineering teams to drive productionization and long-term sustainability of solutions.

2. Technical Enablement & Reusable Patterns

  • Build, publish, and maintain reusable reference architectures, design patterns, and guardrails to enable consistent, compliant, and scalable GenAI development.
  • Ensure all assets are discoverable, well-documented, and routinely refreshed in alignment with evolving platform capabilities and regulatory expectations.
  • Act as a central interface to route use cases to appropriate platforms, reducing duplication and streamlining intake and governance processes.

3. Testing, Evaluation & Optimization

  • Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks for Generative AI use cases, including automated testing, benchmark datasets, and human-in-the-loop assessments.
  • Establish quality standards and continuously monitor model performance to ensure outputs meet enterprise thresholds for accuracy, safety, and reliability.
  • Identify issues in model behavior and drive optimization strategies, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or architecture adjustments.

4. Requirements Management & Platform Feedback Loop

  • Establish structured mechanisms to capture technical requirements (e.g., integrations, APIs, connectors, data constraints) emerging from use cases.
  • Translate and communicate these requirements to platform and infrastructure teams to influence roadmap prioritization and capability development.
  • Surface net-new demand signals and emerging use cases to inform strategic platform investments.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships with business unit-aligned technology leaders, product owners, and risk/governance stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to accelerate delivery, solve complex or novel use cases, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and model providers to leverage leading-edge capabilities.

6. Risk Management & Governance Alignment

  • Proactively identify risks related to model performance, data handling, compliance, and implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to firmwide AI governance, security, and regulatory standards.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Continuously refine processes and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in Generative AI solutioning, product development, experimentation, or innovation within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLM architectures, evaluation methodologies, and deployment patterns.
  • Experience with solution architecture, system integration, and scalable platform-based development.
  • Proven ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
