We are seeking a motivated and adaptable VP to join our Integrated Client Intelligence team in New York. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, client strategy, reporting, and relationship management, and who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. The candidate will help define strategy & manage significant books of work associated with Integrated Client Intelligence, a Firmwide client analysis system.

Key Responsibilities:
> Lead end-to-end technology change delivery for Integrated Client Intelligence, from intake and scoping through execution, rollout, and adoption.
> Partner with Institutional Securities Group, Wealth Management, Investment Management, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
> Establish and run delivery governance (plans, milestones, RAID logs, status reporting, steering updates), proactively managing scope, dependencies, risks, and change control.
> Drive process and user-experience improvements by coordinating with technology teams (engineering, data, UX, QA, production support) on releases, testing, training, and post-implementation measurement.
> Define, track, and improve data quality across reporting and analytics outputs (completeness, timeliness, and accuracy), partnering with data/engineering teams to resolve root causes and prevent recurrence. Using AI to drive data quality at scale.

Requirements:

> 5-10 years of experience preferred
> Demonstrated history of technology management and delivery leadership (e.g., program/project management, product operations, or change management) for enterprise platforms.
> Experience partnering closely with business users to drive adoption, manage expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes.
> Long-term strategic thinking with the ability to define multi-quarter roadmaps while managing day-to-day delivery details.
> Process-oriented approach: able to design and run repeatable operating routines (intake, prioritization, release planning, UAT, communications, training, and support).
> Strong attention to detail and user experience, with an ability to think like an end user and ensure solutions are intuitive, reliable, and well-documented.
> Working knowledge of data quality concepts and controls (completeness, timeliness, accuracy), including defining metrics/thresholds, monitoring dashboards, and driving remediation with cross-functional partners.
> Skilled communicator with executive-ready writing and presentation abilities; comfortable influencing across teams without direct authority.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $115,000 and $199,801 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
