This temporary position will support the daily functions of the Academic Center for Excellence and the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Studies Offices by coordinating administrative processes, contributing to student success initiatives, maintaining student records, assisting with scheduling and event logistics, and data management.
Essential Job Functions:

Education:
Required: Associate’s Degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Experience:
Required: Two years of professional work experience providing administrative or clerical support in a busy office environment.
Preferred: Experience in higher education, advising, or student services.
Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (preferably including use of formulas, creating charts, and sorting data), and PowerPoint.
Familiar and comfortable working with an integrated student information system. (ex. PowerCampus, Slate, EAB/Navigate).
