Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, prior to services
• Review, process, and maintain patient accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage, account balances, and payment options
• Post patient payments and reconcile accounts as needed
• Ensure all required documentation is current, complete, and compliant with payer guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to resolve account-related issues
• Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and privacy standards (HIPAA)
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs
