Job Description:
Practice Administrator
Location: New Hyde Park
Organization: New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS)
In This Role, You Will:
Manage clinical and administrative staff and procedures.
Create employee work schedules, monitor budgets, and maintain patient records.
Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and NYCBS policies.
Monitor physician schedules and follow up with patients for appointments.
Communicate new policies and updates to employees.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address issues and needs.
Respond to questions from doctors, employees, and patients in a timely manner.
Ensure employees provide excellent care and customer service to all patients.
Confirm co-pays are collected
We Require:
Bachelors Degree-Required, Masters Preferred
Minimum of 3+yr office management experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suites
3+yrs working out of an EMR
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
Salary: $120,000/per year, commensurate with experience and education.
