Job Description:
Pay Range: $41 - $50 Per Hour
*Differential offered *
The company will provide a 12% shift differential.
Schedule: Hybrid Role: Remote monitoring and on call direct patient care in outpatient setting.
Training:
SCOPE: Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care for patients adhering to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. Demonstrates knowledge of physiological, psychological, and developmental and age specific differences in the patient population including late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, and the elderly. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide for assessment and therapeutic management of patient/family needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Bispecific/CAR-T Registered Nurse (RN) is a specialized oncology professional responsible for managing patients receiving advanced immunotherapy, specifically Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy and Bispecific T-cell Engager (BiTE) therapies. They focus on patient education, close monitoring for complex toxicities like Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) and Immune Effector Cell-Associated Neurotoxicity Syndrome (ICANS), and coordination of care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
