Coordinates and implements the general fiscal, administrative, and research grant pre-award and post-award needs in support of the Addiction Sciences Division in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Job Description
FLSA: Hourly/Non-exempt
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Remote Work: Must be fully on campus for 1 year following hire date; eligible for up to 2 remote days/week once 1 year period has ended
Job Duties:
40% - Grants and contracts Post-award management: Under the guidance of the Division’s Grant Administrators, this applicant will:
40% - Fiscal and accounting responsibilities:
15% - Grants and contracts Pre-award management: Under the guidance of the Division’s Grant Administrators, this applicant will:
5% - Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience and Additional Skills: Microsoft Excel proficiency required. Must possess attention to detail and strong mathematical skills. Experience with WorkDay preferred.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and two years business, personnel, grant-in-aid or public administration experience.
