Executive Director, Long Term Care

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

CommuniCare Healthcare Services is currently seeking an experienced Executive Director for Beckley Healthcare Center, located in Beckley, WV. This Executive Director position will first serve as Assistant to the current Executive Director and will then transition into the full Executive Director role.

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Executive Director position will have a desire to assume the key leadership role of Executive Director. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and must be licensed in the State of West Virginia as an LNHA. Strong management and operation skills, strong math and budgetary skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
