Job Summary:

Wyant Woods Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for the newly created role of Behavioral Health Specialist / Recreational Specialist. The individual in this role should be able to train staff on behavior management, decompressing behaviors, etc, as well as assist in writing behavior plans.

Qualifications:

• Behavioral Health/Psychology degree preferred; Social Worker with appropriate experience may be acceptable.
• Must have experience with long term psychiatric patients in a geriatric setting in an acute and/or long term care facility.
