Leora is currently recruiting an Intake Assessor for our DAYTON location, a Premier, Newly Renovated Outpatient facility in Dayton, Ohio.

Pay Rate: $26-32/hr

As an Intake Assessor at Leora you will have the opportunity to:

• Schedule and conduct intake appointments, follow-up calls, track calls, assessments, and admissions.
• Handle public and professional inquiries.
• Coordinate and communicate with patients, families, and referral sources on a daily basis.
• Work in a team setting, as well as on an individual basis.
• Work Monday-Friday, Day Shift, 8 Hour Days.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• One of the following credentials required: BSW, MSW, LSW, LISW, MFT, LPC, LPCC, or LCDC
• At least one-year previous experience in a Behavioral Health setting.
• Experience in Behavioral Health assessment and/or treatment.
