Registered Nurse MGR (Floor RN MGR – Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility)
Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am M-F (Days/Nights/Weekends available)

What You’ll Do
As a Floor RN MGR, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
- Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs.
- Handles patient complaints.
- Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.
- Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
- Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership.
- Leads code drills.
- Provides training support to new staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license (in good standing).
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with relevant experience.
- Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Must be 21 years or older.
