Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning, summarizing, reporting, managing, and executing the annual budget.
- Creating financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual templates. These reports encompass Profit and Loss Statements, headcount reports, and various cost analyses to help the company manage spending, hiring, and achieve profitability.
- Collaborating with various Athena departments to help them understand their financial performance and provide guidance for the effective use and management of Athena resources.
- Analyzing and implementing strategies for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
- Delivering financial education to the organization, including frontline Executive Partners (XPs).
- Actively involved in effective cost reduction and scalability efforts.
- Leading additional management reporting efforts and conducting various financial simulations as needed to improve financial efficiency.
- Running scenario-based profitability simulations to support management decision-making
- Developing, updating, or revising process documentation, and reviewing policies that impact company profitability and expenditures.

- BS Accountancy or Bachelor’s degree in a business field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
- Prior experience working with accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Hono, SAP is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly present the thought process behind the data to stakeholders
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly analytical
Relevant Experience Required
- 4+ years experience in Finance or Accounting
- 1+ years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
