General Notes:
UTeach at UT Austin includes the innovative UTeach STEM teacher preparation program, the UTeach Institute national expansion effort for that program, teacher professional development, and several local STEM education initiatives, all supporting the improvement of STEM education.
Purpose:
Working with the UTeach Institute’s Data and Evaluation Team to search for, collect, enter, clean, and process information on a set of national UTeach graduate employment, teaching credentials, and other pertinent details.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive online research to gather relevant information and ensure accurate data entry for graduate tracking purposes.
Collaborate effectively with a team of staff and student workers to support various graduate-tracking initiatives and projects.
Help with additional tasks related to graduate tracking, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or administrative tracking systems.

Current UT Austin student, enrolled/registered with fees paid for the current semester and in good academic standing.
Financial aid work-study recipient.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
Experience with online databases
Interest in educational data or teaching
Salary:
$15 per hour
Working Conditions:
May work around standard office conditions
Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
Use of manual dexterity
Work Shift
Must be available to work 15-19 hours per week, most hours are at employee’s convenience
Must be available for two standing meetings per week with colleagues, to be scheduled around employee’s class schedule
