Recording and updating customer orders and delivery plans in SAP.
Preparation of delivery date confirmations in SAP based on customer orders, modification of delivery dates as required and informing customers.
Tracking the confirmed delivery dates for the customer and informing the customer in time in case of any changes.
Coordinate with logistics on current deliveries/documentation.
Managing and updating customer portals.
Issuing offers after consultation.
Procurement and ordering of raw materials and auxiliary materials, management of documentation, coordination of deliveries according to defined production programmes.
Liaising with customers on logistical issues.
Coordination with German/Hungarian/Turkish colleagues in other areas of logistics.
Preparation of credit notes, return orders in case of complaints.
Liaising with VC IAM and OEM sales representatives.
