Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Install, maintain, and update hardware and software systems to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Manage virtual servers, barcode scanners, and VoIP phone systems.
- Oversee hardware and software asset tracking and lifecycle management.
- Respond to service desk incidents promptly and perform first-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in IT or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Help Desk or IT support roles; experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Proficient in Windows 10 and Server 2016
- Skilled in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiar with VMware vSphere and ESXi
- Strong networking knowledge (IP, subnets, VLANs)
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
