Job Description Summary
Accountable for large projects of high complexity with a large, dispersed team. Focuses on the creation of the project vision and planning documents and managing the implementation, reporting, and performance of the overall project with the expectation of delivering on time, within budget, and to scope.Job Description
This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week(10-12 days a month ) at the following office location: St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities
Skills
Expert in project planning, execution, and governance, including documentation, status reporting, change control, and audit readiness.
Proven ability to manage complex financials, including budget planning, cost tracking, forecasting, and executive‑level financial reporting.
Strong risk and issue management skills, with the ability to anticipate problems, develop mitigation strategies, and drive decisive action.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects within defined cost, schedule, and quality parameters in a regulated or high‑risk environment.
Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate progress, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Highly organized, outcome‑oriented leader capable of balancing multiple priorities and competing demands.
Education
Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science (Required), Bachelor’s: Construction ManagementWork Experience
