Job Description Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to manage the Account Transfers function within Operations, translating business strategy into scalable programs, processes, and operational plans for a complex environment. This role oversees daily operations, ensuring high performance, service excellence, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. The Manager drives execution of business plans, leads large-scale projects, and uses data insights to improve efficiency and outcomes. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role resolves complex issues, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and fosters a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement aligned to organizational goals.Job Description
