Leidos’ Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support our Senior Director of the Development & Sustainment Division in the Indirect Fires & Force Protection (IFFP) Business Area. This role provides day-to-day program execution leadership, coordinating engineering, production, test, and sustainment activities to ensure program performance across cost, schedule, technical, and risk. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background—logistics or sustainment experience is a plus but not required. The position will also be customer facing and represent the program in the absence of the Senior Director.
