Leidos is looking for a Management Analyst/Targeting/ Intelligence Officer within the Intelligence Community (IC).  Will be using experience in counterintelligence to conduct analysis and targeting activities. Experience in writing strategic guidance and integrating collection, analysis, resources and other intelligence activities will be the basis of work.

Requirements:

  • Targeting Officer with multiple commercial companies
  • Bachelor and 8+ years of experience
  • Full-cycle intelligence operations
  • SME across technology spectrum related to telecommunications
  • ISR Collections Operations
  • Extensive experience in the Intelligence Community
  • Develop written intelligence reports
  • Conduct analysis, assess collection on Counterintelligence (CI) data
  • Develop strategy documents
  • Create/review targeting packages
  • Draft operational CI guidance
  • Provide SME input at technical meetings
  • Assist NCSC CI Risk Management Task Force in developing and/or coordinating the development of analytic products to support decision making
  • Identifying and analyzing CI risks, to include risks to processes and methods of procurement
  • Possesses TS/SCI with Poly 
  • Analysis and Targeting expertise
