Leidos is seeking candidates for security clearance sponsorship in support of a Northern Virginia client. If selected by the program and client for upgrade sponsorship, the candidate will be submitted for Top Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
Candidates who are selected for upgrade and who may ultimately be granted TS/SCI with polygraph will have the ability to work in cleared government spaces utilizing the highest levels of security clearance in support of our client’s mission. The sponsoring program conducts full lifecycle software and systems development, engineering, administration for our client. There is zero ability for remote or hybrid work.
We have a limited number of clearance upgrade billets available and typically there are many more interested candidates than billets. Therefore, this opportunity can be very competitive. We are seeking candidates who are fully committed to completing the process, working with Leidos on the contract and meet the following criteria:
If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo — because the mission demands it. We're not hiring followers. We're recruiting the ones who disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail. Step 10 is ancient history. We're already at step 30 — and moving faster than anyone else dares.
For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
