Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Energy team and drive the next phase of profitable growth in our Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS portfolio. This role will be a key contributor in modernizing the fuel supply chain and leading large-scale migration programs. You will shape strategy, partner with customers and internal teams, and deliver SaaS solutions that create measurable business value.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Develop and execute a data-driven product strategy and roadmap for Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS.
Evaluate build/buy/partner options across the portfolio to maximize customer and business value.
Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
Deploy and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Customer Discovery & Engagement
Lead structured customer discovery processes with enterprise customers in the fuel supply chain.
Partner with customers on modernization and migration programs, ensuring insights directly shape the roadmap.
Deliver and continuously refine ICP and TAM for the Energy portfolio.
Product Execution
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure requirements are clear and solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to define GTM strategies, product positioning, and adoption plans.
Support delivery of successful product launches and feature enhancements that drive customer value and growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Strategic Partners.
Maintain active connections with customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and inform product direction.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
3+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with end-to-end ownership (roadmap, execution, GTM).
Proven customer discovery leadership: designing interviews, validating hypotheses, and applying insights to product decisions.
Excellent customer-facing communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire confidence.
Experience delivering data-intensive or platform-based SaaS products (e.g., logistics, supply chain, analytics, fintech, commodities).
Strong financial and business acumen with ability to balance customer value, growth, and margin.
Nice to have: exposure to energy, refined fuels, or supply chain modernization.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $90,000 and $135,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
