Job Description:

The Associate Field Services Technician supports technical and operational activities within the Production Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring production processes run efficiently, from stock control and system configuration to testing, documentation, and installation support.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Perform production activities in line with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of materials, components, and production equipment.
  • Support purchasing activities, including supplier coordination and order follow-ups, when required.
  • Review and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Configure, assemble, and test production components, systems, and sensor cabinets.
  • Participate in on-site installations and deployment activities as needed. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration records, test results, manuals, and production processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or production issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to ensure smooth production operations.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Technical degree or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a production, technical, or industrial environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and documentation. - Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Solid computer proficiency, with the ability to confidently use standard business and technical systems/tools (e.g., documentation systems, reporting tools, basic troubleshooting software).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.

Compensation:

The targeted base pay range is €19,312–€25,750 annually. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
