JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing the intake of requests made to procurement, entering requisitions and purchase orders, processing requisitions and purchase orders and assisting with setup/onboarding of suppliers. Provides support for the Schnucks Equipment Staging Facility (ESF). Holds responsibility for recording and maintaining control of inventory on an ongoing basis. Assists as requested with tasks associated with the assembly of orders and preparation of goods for shipment; including equipment for store remodels and new stores.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the procurement requests inflow including the email box; entering in approved requisitions and purchase orders and assisting with setup/onboarding suppliers.
Support the ESF facility team in their needs from procurement.
Coordinate with procurement and project managers to meet project delivery requirements.
Maintain database of inventory on hand and keep current and record asset tags of equipment at ESF and relays info to maintenance
Provide assistance to the procurement team for procurement related items as needed.
Support receiving of products in the ERP system and working through invoice issues.
Facilitate smaller sourcing requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with work experience or bachelor’s degree with limited experience
Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge
Knowledge of company spend policy related to eProcurement.
Working knowledge of current Google and Microsoft desktop, laptop, operating systems, email, security, and Google Suite.
Knowledge to effectively operate related functions within the Peoplesoft eProcurement system.
Basic understanding and knowledge of warehouse functions.
Trained and authorized to use pallet moving equipment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion and help move certain heavy equipment from time to time
