JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Coordinator performs a variety of functions necessary to support the efficient and effective operations of the Information Technology (IT) supply chain. This includes receiving, sorting and distributing incoming supplies and equipment while maintaining procedures related to the purchasing and material control functions. Works closely with the IT Asset Management Team Lead.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: None
Preferred/Optional: Associate Degree in Purchasing or Materials Management.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: None
Preferred/Optional: Three years’ experience in receiving/warehouse functions. Experience in IT Asset tracking software and/or Supply Chain software. Some experience in the use of Microsoft Office software.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required: State of Wisconsin Valid drivers’ license with acceptable driving record.
