JOB SUMMARY
Develops and manages department expense and resource processes. Directs and coordinates comprehensive strategic planning of recruitment activities, including specific activities with each hospital as related to current and future physician recruitment needs. Manages direct responsibility for recruitment assignments on an as needed basis to support department activity demands. Keeps leadership informed of industry trends in recruitment and shares recruitment and retention strategies. Directs department staff recruiters in their overall respective recruitment assignments resulting in successful placement of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Implements efficient recruitment strategies per needs of each opening with activities including routine and specific job postings; management of web based physician job boards; ad placements in specialty professional journals/publications; cold calling; blast emails; residency program contacts; direct mail campaigns; and all other work related activity for candidate generation and recruitment. Directs Residency/Fellowship Liaison in education program activities to promote awareness of Sanford Health, provide sponsored education services, and capture potential candidate recruiting opportunities. Works with staff on planning and activity initiatives, as well as assessment and evaluation of program results. Develops new and continually evaluates existing marketing and sourcing activities from all origins, i.e.: web, email, social media, print, etc., for return on investment to promote robust recruitment activity on behalf of Sanford Health. Ability to effectively manage people in realizing and attaining goals and objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree required. Area of focus in Healthcare, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred.

Minimum Required: Four years of leadership experience required.

This position can be based from one of our main Marshfield Clinic locations, and has the opportunity to be hybrid (onsite+remote).
