Job Description:

The Contingent Staff Coordinator is responsible for assisting Marshfield Clinic Health System leaders with the recruitment and placement of contingent staff by coordinating needs through the Health System’s Contract Labor Management Vendor. This individual contributes to the success of temporary staff recruiting and HR Information Systems (HRIS) initiatives by providing exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, hiring managers, vendors and the general public.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: Three years’ related recruitment  experience in a healthcare setting.   Must possess experience and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and database applications in addition to one of the following:

• Two years’ post-high school education in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field or two years’ r professional human resources experience in lieu of post-high school education.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred/Optional: Associates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES 

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.  Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
