Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Communications:
Create the weekly eNewsletter and publish to the Field
Collaborate with marketing, product managers, and other content contributors to edit and refine articles for the weekly eNewsletter
Write educational articles for weekly eNewsletter
Create educational materials to be housed on the sales enablement platform
Review and check for consistency across the sales enablement platform (e.g., links, pages, document naming, brand standards)
Assist with other communication projects
Tracking & Analytics:
Update tracking spreadsheet for managing review of documents and pages on the sales enablement platform
Track readership of the weekly eNewsletter
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in communication or a related field
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong decision making and organizational skills required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft office products, with ability to learn internal systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
Proven track record of dependability and reliability
Ability to acknowledge and respect confidential information
Experience with email marketing and content management preferred
