Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement:
Assist with managing sales and marketing materials on the sales enablement platform
Review and maintain consistency across the platform (e.g., links, terminology, page layouts, document naming, brand standards)
Assist with upgrades and enhancements to the sales enablement platform
Provide support with accessing and utilizing the sales enablement platform to the sales team
Help onboard new users, provide trainings as needed, and assist with troubleshooting
Support ongoing sales enablement projects
Tracking & Analytics:
Update tracking spreadsheets for managing review of documents and pages on the sales enablement platform
Track completion of task progress and prepare weekly reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA) :
Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, sales or a related field
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong decision-making and organizational skills required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn internal systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
Proven track record of dependability and reliability
Experience with content management or sales enablement preferred
