The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 18th – Aug. 7th, 2026). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The Risk Management Operations (RMO) Training Intern will support the RMO Training Department across a variety of initiatives, including curriculum design, training facilitation, training program support, data tracking and reporting, and needs assessments. This role offers hands-on experience in learning metrics and program development, providing the intern with a comprehensive understanding of the learning and development function within a corporate risk management environment. Through active participation in departmental projects, the intern will develop practical skills and insights to prepare for a career in training and organizational development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates in the design and development of instructional materials and training curriculum to support Risk Management Operations.
Contributes to the creation and enhancement of virtual training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
Conducts research and analysis on current learning and development trends, industry best practices, and benchmarks to inform recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Assesses the developmental needs within Risk Management Operations and identifies appropriate resources, tools, and processes to support effective learning, including the collection and analysis of relevant data and performance trends.
Evaluates training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and the practical application of learned skills.
Measures the efficiency and impact of trainer delivery to ensure high-quality facilitation and learner engagement.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in organization behavior, business management, a related field
Ability to manage deadlines
Ability to multitask
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize
