About the Job

  • Process orders to ensure seamless processing
  • Oversee all customer inquiries through site, email, and phone calls
  • Help with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Resolve all customer requests and complaints
  • Update essential information on sales channels
  • Learn our product line strengths, benefits, and be prepared to communicate them with our customers
  • You will report to the E-commerce Customer Care Lead

About You:

  • 1-3 years in a customer service role in eCommerce
  • Experience working with Shopify and Gorgias
  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and resolves problems with grace and integrity
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
  • Must be available to work regularly on weekends

This role can be either a hybrid position based in our Culver City, CA headquarters, or a fully US-Remote role. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $37,800- $62,100 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
