Summary
Serve as Sanford systems administrator for both in-house and outpatient scheduling which includes responsibility for the maintenance, security, teaching and analytical recovery offered by the scheduling system.Job Description
Serve as Sanford systems administrator for both in-house and outpatient scheduling which includes responsibility for the maintenance, security, teaching and analytical recovery offered by the scheduling system.
Arranges work schedules, patient flows, staff and resource allocations for a managed care system.
Coordination and management of care for patients, including with complex needs.
Applies policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with policies and ethical codes.
Responsible for promoting a safe environment for patients, families, staff, residents, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
