Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) is currently recruiting for a Sr Manager, Experience Design (XD), to lead the HR. Payroll and Global Digital Design System space. This includes working with our Corporate Business Technology, IM & MT Sub-chapter leads, IM & MT sectors, and Global Brand. At JJT, we shape the future of healthcare by unlocking the power of people, technology, and insights. We collaborate as trusted allies across functions, sectors, and regions to align business strategies with technology solutions that drive outcomes that matter and experiences that delight.
This role will lead the spaces end to end partnering across J&J. stakeholders to craft innovative digital experiences and capabilities that are relentlessly people centric. From guiding patients through treatment to enabling employees to work seamlessly from anywhere, our digital tools infuse our products with novelty, dexterity, and ease.
