Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for an HR A&D Deal Lead located in New Brunswick, NJ.

The HR Acquisitions & Divestiture (A&D) Deal Lead participates in due diligence and reverse due diligence activities surrounding a transaction (acquisition or divestiture). As an HR Deal Lead / Co-Lead, this position leads / co-leads all people components of due diligence reviews, identifying key people-related business issues, supporting the development of integration plans and developing broad-based solutions to ensure the transaction’s success.

The primary responsibilities include:

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as HR Lead/Co-Lead for the Deal Team, liaising with Business Development, business leaders, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Employment Legal, Employee & Labor Relations and external advisors.

Due Diligence & Analysis

  • Oversee the people-related aspects of due diligence by partnering with stakeholders to review and analyze findings, providing insights to Business Development, and developing recommendations.
  • Identify and address HR-related risks and liabilities in operations, technology, talent, retention, organizational culture, and employment relations.

Talent Strategy & Integration

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to formulate talent and retention strategies aligned with transactional objectives.
  • Work with HR Transition Management Office and Business Partners to design a comprehensive integration plan.
  • Partner with HR specialists (Compensation, Benefits, Employee & Labor Relations) to ensure successful transactional outcomes related to people.

Capability Development

  • Lead the creation of HR A&D methodologies (e.g., Talent and Cultural Assessments) that integrate internal insights with external best practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions for HR Business Partners to enhance HR A&D capabilities globally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ professional experience, including experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Consulting is required.
  • Learned skill of delivering results in an ambiguous environment is required
  • Ability to build high trust relationships is required
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives is required
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and succinctly in a simple way (written & verbal) is required.
  • Strong analytical skills are required.
  • Strong project management skills are required
  • Prior Acquisition and/or Divestiture experience is preferred
  • Prior negotiation experience is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
