We are searching for the best talent for an HR A&D Deal Lead located in New Brunswick, NJ.
The HR Acquisitions & Divestiture (A&D) Deal Lead participates in due diligence and reverse due diligence activities surrounding a transaction (acquisition or divestiture). As an HR Deal Lead / Co-Lead, this position leads / co-leads all people components of due diligence reviews, identifying key people-related business issues, supporting the development of integration plans and developing broad-based solutions to ensure the transaction’s success.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
