The Division Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales reps focused on driving sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as the departmental budget. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

  • The duties for this role include implementing and executing selling strategies and strategic sales plans which will help achieve overall sales goals and objectives.   

  • The ability to demonstrate product and procedural knowledge; clinical and procedure excellence, product expertise and new product introduction experience.   

  • The ability to Recruit, hire, and retain a professional and high achieving sales consultant for each territory in the Region.  

  • Provide on-going performance management, coaching, and development of direct reports. Drive business results by working closely with field sales team to set and achieve territory objectives, while driving patient care and customer satisfaction.   

  • Assume a lead role in the territory in acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships while assisting field sales representatives in penetrating existing accounts with new technologies  

  • Completes sales processes which includes business plans, contract strategy and execution and  pricing models in both Hospital & Private Practice Channel.

  • Possess and demonstrate an understanding of the changing market dynamics in healthcare, industry trends, customer segmentation, customer data knowledge and buying process.   

  • Responsible for sales, growth and income targets to improve gross profits, profitability, asset management, and budget management.  

  • Manage business expenses in division with fiscal responsibility. Establish relationships with key surgeons, key accounts, and associations to leverage potential opportunities, and maximize resources to drive collaboration toward innovative solutions. Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one’s job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times.  

  • Accountable for fostering both internal & external relationships and partnerships with cross functional partners including Marketing, Professional Education, Commercial Operations, Commercial Education as well as key executive, economic and clinical decision makers across the IDNs to drive business growth and share of mind.  

  • Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer. Promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance, and actively support our compliance program-related initiatives, programs, trainings, and activities. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to business activities and Policies and Procedures of the Health Care Compliance Program and Johnson and Johnson Business Code of Conduct.   

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 6 years of total work experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

  • Sales or marketing management experience

  • Sales experience with documented history of sales success in a medical device sales environment

  • Deep experience in at least one of the following: account management, contracting, marketing, sales management.

  • Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and/or experience calling on plastic surgeons

  • Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong Business Insight & analytical skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record is required

This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$114,000.00 - $182,850.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
