Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert TechNet product and service support to Commercial Account Managers and field sales teams, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Commercial Account Managers to support and help close high-value TechNet sign-ups and conversions through in-depth product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
  • Training & Education: Deliver targeted training to sales teams and customer-facing associates to enhance understanding of TechNet value propositions, functionality, and sales strategies.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Act as a primary resource for diagnosing and resolving complex customer and internal issues related to TechNet platform usage and integration.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to key commercial accounts during TechNet onboarding and implementation, helping maximize adoption and satisfaction.
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Gather and relay customer feedback to product and support teams to inform continuous improvement of TechNet offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial sales support, technical sales, or account management, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or a tech-enabled environment
  • Strong working knowledge of TechNet or comparable automotive service platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
  • Proven track record of supporting complex sales processes and closing high-value accounts
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable delivering group training and one-on-one coaching
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed to support Commercial teams (estimated 20–30%)

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting field sales teams or training frontline personnel
  • CRM and reporting tool proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with commercial repair shop operations and B2B service models

Compensation Range

The good faith estimate for this role is between 52,200.00 USD and 65,200.00 USD salary for a new team member.

The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
