We are searching for the best talent for a Technology Program Management Senior Engineer to support our Electrophysiology business. This role will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite in our Irvine, CA office.
The Technology Program Management Senior Engineer will manage and contribute to digital-related projects (for example, digital transformation efforts, software/tool implementations, and data-driven initiatives) and work cross-functionally to identify, shape and implement New Product Development process improvements that accelerate time-to-market, enhance quality, and increase development efficiency.
Critical capabilities include the ability to lead and support these efforts using appropriate methodologies, tools and best practices (MS Project, Six sigma, etc.). Candidates most demonstrate initiative, effective collaboration, strong critical thinking, clear communication skills and consistent follow‑through to resolve issues and complete projects.
