Job Description Summary

Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert. Implements data-driven and streamlined sales training programs focused on the KAM team defined needs assessment, and educational content and account planning that focus on accelerating growth by building employee expertise. Remains abreast on training best practices, innovative new content delivery methods and maintains an in-depth knowledge of company products, services and policies, and ensures Sales Training objectives align with company vision and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implements methods for assessing and identifying KAM Training needs by leveraging performance reports, analyzing customer feedback and analytics data, benchmarking best practices, and utilizing key metrics to measure effectiveness.

  • Applies in-depth knowledge of various selling functions, their specific responsibilities and crucial roles, to develop department-specific sales training programs that deliver relevant education.

  • Acts as a top-level KAM and developing subject matter expert on innovative sales enablement tools, sales cycle management, and strategic sales plans and provides actionable insights from customer feedback and sales reporting data to inform training curriculum.

  • Builds sales proficiencies that emphasize technical training, clinical selling, sales cycle operations, strategic account management, and enterprise and market effectiveness

  • Facilitates quality assessments of training programs and drives strategic plans to address knowledge gaps and ensure achievement of functional and organizational standards.

  • Collaborates with sales area leaders and internal stakeholders to share new strategic sales concepts and innovations in sales enablement platforms and customer relationship management systems that are crucial to sales performance.

  • Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Education & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.

  • 3-5 years of KAM experience

  • Medical device sales, marketing, or field training experience.

  • Strong experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

  • Domestic Travel up to 25%

Preferred:

  • Proven Learning & Development experience, including strong capabilities in curriculum development, training implementation, and execution review.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
