The Sr. Director, Medical Data Affairs and Strategy, leads the team responsible for the Medical and Scientific Office data strategy; designing, analyzing, and communicating real-world and clinical data to inform evidence-based decision-making, external publications, and strategic medical office initiatives. This leader ensures integration of RWE, data analytics, and medical publication activities into a cohesive evidence strategy that supports product value, safety, and innovation.
In addition to defining and leading the medical and scientific office data strategy, this leader will ensure that data is treated as a strategic asset to drive product innovation, clinical value, regulatory compliance, and business growth. They will build strong data governance frameworks, enable impactful analytics, and drive a data driven culture across all business functions.
Through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, this role is central to enabling Heart Recovery’s data and digital transformation in the Medical and Scientific Office and cultivating a high-performance and data driven culture rooted in innovation, simplification, and measurable value creation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$196,000.00 - $342,700.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
