We are searching for the best talent for QC Inspector II.

The QC Inspector II performs inspections on incoming products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all job duties in full accordance with Worldwide Policies on Information Asset Protection.
• Maintain passwords as confidential and protect Critical Business Information.
• Understand, incorporate, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to DePuy’s business activities.
• Adhere to the Health Care Compliance Program policies and Code of Conduct.
• Complete routine inspections using applicable sampling plans and control plans to verify that products and services conform to quality, engineering, and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, filing systems, and documentation in compliance with quality standards and GMP regulations.
• Perform sterile release activities, including review of documentation and products, as assigned.
• Initiate nonconformance records for products that do not meet specifications.
• Communicate business‑related issues and improvement opportunities to the next level of management.
• Take initiative to address problems and contribute to quality and operational improvements.
• Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
• Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required.
• Experience in inspection, manufacturing, or operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of standard inspection techniques and tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is required.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation and application.
• Ability to perform hands‑on troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact with, influence, and lead cross‑functional and cross‑business unit teams.
• Strong tactical planning, execution, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and innovative problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, changing business environment.
• Results‑driven, decisive, proactive, and responsive.
