Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. is recruiting for a Director Strategic Contracting, Institutional Business Group - West. The position is a field-based role with accounts located across the Western half of the US. Up to 50% travel may be required.
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine accounts specializing in Integrated Health Systems (IDNs), and their associated owned regional health plans with other responsibility working with national and regional Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), national Health Plan engagement at IDN, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), and Specialized Pharmacy Providers (SPPs). The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

The DSC is tasked with the development and management of contracts within designated accounts and will act as a strategic partner across coalition teams for Single Business Unit Accounts. Additionally, the DSC proactively identifies potential contracting opportunities for growth and innovation, as well as monitors competitive threats to ensure a balanced approach to our customer needs and organizational goals.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$141,000.00 - $243,800.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
