Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Sourcing Lead, Military and Inclusive Strategies.

Purpose: The Lead Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional talent to support Johnson & Johnson’s most critical priorities. This role operates as a strategic advisor to senior Talent Acquisition leaders and business stakeholders, leveraging advanced sourcing methodologies, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to build robust executive pipelines.

The role also has enterprise ownership for the Military Talent Strategy, leading attraction efforts, stakeholder engagement, and execution through a dedicated sourcing team.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Strategy

  • Develop and execute innovative, scalable sourcing strategies to build proactive executive-level pipelines and support critical hiring priorities globally.

  • Partner closely with senior Talent Acquisition leaders to understand business needs, advise on talent availability, and proactively manage external pipeline health.

  • Identify, engage, and assess executive-level candidates, delivering high-quality shortlists for open and future-facing roles.

  • Serve as a consultative advisor to senior stakeholders by translating external market data and talent insights into actionable sourcing strategies.

Market Intelligence, Insights & Technology

  • Deliver compelling external talent insights and thought leadership to senior stakeholders, using data to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Leverage advanced digital sourcing capabilities, technology platforms, and research tools to drive talent attraction and pipeline development through J&J systems (e.g., TRM, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms).

  • Partner closely with the Talent Insights team to align external market intelligence with enterprise talent strategies and outcomes.

  • Design and execute innovative digital outreach campaigns (social, targeted messaging, email, branding initiatives).

Military Talent Strategy (Enterprise Lead)

  • Own and drive the Johnson & Johnson Enterprise Military Talent Strategy, including attraction strategy, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight.

  • Lead and manage a team of sourcers dedicated to military talent attraction, pipeline development, and campaign execution.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen J&J’s military talent brand and hiring outcomes.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and coach sourcing team members, fostering capability growth, innovation, and best-practice sharing.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement across sourcing processes, tools, and governance frameworks.

  • Act as a trusted collaborator across Talent Acquisition, Talent Insights, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent sourcing within an executive search firm or corporate recruiting environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Proven experience building and managing executive-level talent pipelines across multiple sourcing channels.

  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior Talent Acquisition leaders and business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing creative sourcing strategies that deliver high-caliber executive talent.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and search / CRM platforms (e.g., Workday Recruit, Taleo, TRM systems).

  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leveraging market intelligence tools and translating data into meaningful insights and narratives.

Preferred

  • Sourcing experience supporting MedTech, IM, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and/or Commercial functions.

  • Previous People leadership experience

  • Military experience strongly preferred

  • Experience sourcing senior-level roles globally at the Senior Director and Vice President level.

  • Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills, with comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
